From our first kiss to making out it can be nerve wrecking! What if I'm a bad kisser? Am I doing it right? Is this too much tongue? What am I suppose to do with my tongue? Should I use tongue? What about my breath? Was it good? RELAX! He or she is just as nervous as you! It may not seem that way but it's true.
Let's Prep
- Always brush your teeth before you go out
- Don't forget to floss
- Have gum and mints handy in your purse
- Don't have the gum or mint a little before the kiss
- Make your lips smooth
- Sugar lip scrub or any lib scrub
- Brush your lips with your toothbrush
- Or Use a wash cloth with warm water.
- Use chap-stick, not lip-gloss and not lipstick
- If you want color to your lips use a lip stain before chap-stick
Now The Kiss:
- Relax, don't tense up
- Position:
- Be close to your partner
- Tilt your head opposite of the way they're tilting theirs
- Just before the kiss, close your eyes
- Some people prefer to leave their eyes open during the kiss. But until you know what your partner prefers, it is best to close your eyes.
- Open Lips
- Open your mouth slightly, placing your lip over your partner's
- Breath through your nose
- Press your lips gently over your partner's
- You can move your lips slowly in a circular motion
- Or, leave them still
- Closed Lips
- Keep your lips closed
- Best for a first time kiss
- French Kiss
- Version of open lips with some tongue
- Place the tip you tongue on the tip of your partners
- Be playful
- Don't use too much tongue
- Circle motions
- Writing the alphabet
- Spelling words
- Suck Kissing
- Nip Kissing
- Surprise Kissing
- Butterfly Kisses
- Eskimo Kiss
- Tiger Kiss
- Vacuum Kiss
Have fun and just relax.
Be Beautiful For You!
